Myth and reality merge to give life to the mystical energy that hovers over Benevento. Benevento is a magical place where witches used to gather to celebrate their sabbaths under a large walnut tree, now uprooted. Everything here reminds us of witches, from restaurants to small shops. The ruins are embraced by a mysterious atmosphere that allows you to travel through time.
What the tour includes
Transport, departing from Avellino or Salerno (with the possibility to request transport from a custom location, at an extra cost), guided visit to historically important sites: the Arch of Trajan, the Roman Theatre, the Rocca dei Rettori, the Museum of the Samnites and the cloister of Santa Sofia, and the hortus conclusus, the cathedral and the church of Santa Sofia. Picnic lunch with local Irpinian cold cuts and cheeses (included).

Can I request a specific menu?
Yes, we can report allergies and vegetarian/vegan diets to the local partner. However, it is necessary to point out that diets can never be guaranteed and cannot be contested if they are not available on site even after written confirmation from us. In case of severe food intolerances, we remind you that we cannot guarantee a totally sterile environment.
